1911, Southampton
The seasons turned; Christmas and the New Year came and went. It was 1911 before Leander’s trial began. After the formalities of introductions and choosing the jury, Adan Noble started with his case against him. The first day, Leander tried to pay attention to the proceedings. After that, the stress and pressure of the situation got the best of his concentration.
Human nature never ceased to amaze Leander.
