“Again,” a cold, clipped voice said. Rick could almost hear the smile in Benson’s voice. The pain shot through him from a different angle and he let out a scream that left his own ears ringing long after he had gone quiet. They had wasted no time in getting down to business after carrying him out into the woods. Within seconds of arriving at their campsite, Rick had been wrapped in heavy chains and spread eagle between two large tree trunks. The ease with which they had got him into their desired position spoke volumes about their preparation for this event.
