Prologue

There once was a world called Arsia. The name came from an ancient dragon called Arsia, lord of ice. It was a land filled with snow, a giant mountain made out of ice, and frozen lakes that last for miles before water begins to appear. Trees filled with milky white snow and icy blue icicles hanging from their branches. One day an enchanted snowstorm came, burying houses, kingdoms, and villages alike. Many died that day. Until one day, Arsia rose from the snow, and with his powers, he controlled the once enchanted snow, bringing us back to the light. The ancient dragon created the land of Arsia in honor of what he had done for us. In his name, we shall no longer fear another enchantment for Arsia that will protect us from harm. Arsia, the dragon, went into hiding where he could rest peacefully. No one knows where he went, and none questioned it.

The land of Arsia seemed too perfect, where ranks decide people's fate. You can be treated like a king or be nothing in the world. Vampires and Werewolves walk the land as royalty, and as powerful creatures, they look down on everyone. Magic users being the second rank, work for the vampires and werewolves. Tamers make a living by selling mythical creatures like mermaids, dragons, griffins, anything they can lay their hands on. The lowest rank is those who work for higher positions; they are the ones who suffer. Laxy, of the lowest-ranked adventures into the forest to find out what secrets it hides. She bumps into four people: Aiden, Meg, Preston, and The mysterious man. These five people will unlock what's deep in the forest.

A story was told years ago, where a forest like no other existed. Mythical creatures lived in harmony, with its soft melody haunting the woods, its pure blue water. Yet such a miraculous place has its dark secret. Every mythical creature that has stepped foot into the forest was never heard from again. What secret does this forest hold, and what mystery will it unfold?
