Riya's POV
The next day, I got a call from Nadia while I was preparing to go to the fashion house. Apparently, she had left her parents' house and was now back to her apartment. She had asked if I could drop by at her apartment and had added that it was important. I had then placed a call across to Lizzy and canceled my meeting with her before heading straight to Nadia's place.
Nadia was fixing her room by the time I arrived at her apartment and as soon as she set eyes on me, she sent me a small welcome smile and threw her arms around my neck in a hug.
"Hey." She said to me and I reciprocated her smile.
"Hi."
"I'm sorry about what happened yesterday with my parents. They can be annoying sometimes. That's why I decided it was high time I left and returned to my own place."
