Riya's POV I stood by the bridge that faced the water and watched the calm waters that reflected the colorful city lights. Behind me, cars drove past and I ignored all the noise from the vehicles. I was too indulged in my thoughts to pay attention to anything else. “What did you do again?” “You embarrassed her on purpose.” “You are trying to get back at her.” All of the terrible words that had been said to me since the past weeks and on the dining table, replayed in my head.
