"How do you expect to win her over when you got her angry at your first meeting." Kian Wolf Eric said

"How do you expect me to know that she is not a werewolves but Human, and shouldn't you be on my side since we're Her mate" Kian restored.

"Whatever, so how are you planning to win her over because whatever you're gonna do is gonna take a lot of effort and my instincts are telling me she's not an easy one" Eric said.

"What in the world is the moon goddess trying to do by pairing me up with a Human" Kian said.

Kian was thinking what to do when someone came into his office.

"Did you miss me"the voice said.

" Well if it isn't our special gamma Edward" Kian said in a sarcastic tone.

"ouch, can't you care about my feelings for once" Edward said pretend to be hurt "Anyways Austin told me you found your Mate so can I get a picture or drawing of her" Edward said.

Kian gave him a drawing from his desk "well I hope she's pretty and" Edward was saying while turning the paper to look at it before he stopped talking, it suddenly looked pale as if he just saw his worst nightmare come true, before Kian noticed the sudden silence and look at his face.

" What happened to you, are you alright" Kian asked but Edward still did not answer " Edward" he called him again before using his Alpha tone on him " Edward".

"Yes Alpha" Edward said before turning his face to Kian. " What happened to you" Kian asked. " Alpha are you sure that she's your mate" Edward asked to be sure. "Yes and why the sudden look" Kian asked and took the drawing from him to be sure.

"Alpha I think we need to talk" Edward said while sitting down. Suddenly Austin came into Kian office " Hi Edward" he said before noticing the tension in the room. Kian motioned for him to sit down.

" Edward what do you want to talk about" Kian said then the both of them focused their gaze on him.

"Alpha the lady in the drawing is Emily, she I also called Esther but uses Emily to his her identity, she is a Mafia boss and she rules over every underground business here in Europe, Australia and South America. She is the owner of Megaplex, Cartmax and lots of big company her companies are the second best because it's our rival."

" How do you know this much about her" Kian was the first to ask.

" Alpha can you remember the time when Lucy introduced her best friend to me and Austin the day that Eric was feeling anxious saying your mate was there" Edward asked " Yes" Kian replied

Austin who was getting anxious suddenly asked "So what has that got to do with us" he asked.

"What has that got to do with us" Edward said sarcastically "It's has got a lot to do with us like one she knows about our existence, she is the CEO of the second best country in the world which is our rival, she is a high killer assassin, she is a Mafia, she runs a lot of country, deals with a lot of shady business, killed lots of supernatural beings that tried to cross her limit, and so many more" Edward half yelled shocking them with all what he mentioned.

"So now do you understand our deal with her" he added.

"Edward are you sure of what you are saying" Austin asked. "Of course I'm sure she once told me that she knows that I'm a Lycan but isn't interested in our kind"he said. The both of them turned their head to look at Kian who still had not said anything

"Kian" Austin called him driving him away from his trance "What do you think of him". "I think she will make a perfect Luna" Kian said shocking the both of them.

The both of them looked at each other in shock before turning to look at Kian

"What? I'm saying the truth she will make a perfect Luna" Kian said while getting up.

"So now that I already know this about her I just have to try to win her closer since it won't be that difficult all thanks to the mate bond" Kian added leaving Austin and Edward to stare at him like he does not know what he is saying.

Meanwhile Emily who was at her home was still thinking about the man who held her

"Who in the world does he think I am, and he called me is mate does that mean that he's a Lycan... oh no there is no way I am going to get mated to a Lycan, why don't I reject him when next I see him again, but rejecting your mate is a painful experience and I don't even know if he's an Alpha or not" she said then fell on her bed while facing the celling "Mother what in the world are you doing to me" she said.

"I am not doing anything to you my dear" A voice said then Emily turned her head to the source of the voice. "Can't I have my own rest of mind first you give me a mate who I certainly don't want one and next you barge into my room like it's yours can't a lady have a rest of mind" Emily said while the lady moved forward and sat near her "You know that I am supposed to give you a mate" She said.

"What are you doing here ain't you supposed to be on the moon or somewhere else, mother, rather than giving me a mate and coming here" Emily said when starring at her mother.

"I heard a particular person calling me and I had no other choice than to come ahead and besides your mate thinks that you will make an excellent Luna, it's not my fault you refused to come back and stay on earth" Selena said.

"Whatever" Emily replied.

"At times I wonder how I'm your mother with that attitude of yours"Selena said.

"But you know the main reason why I don't want to accept him what if it starts acting up" Emily said.

"And that is why you need you mate he is the only one who can break the curse" Selena said.

Emily did not say anything and kept on looking outside.

"Emily give him a chance he is the only option left" Selena added but she still did not say anything.

"What if.. What if it starts acting up even when I do give him a chance" Emily asked.

"You said what if it starts acting up, but at the same time think of the positive effects of it what if it does not act up" Selena said. After a while Emily finally spoke up.

"I'll give him a chance as you said he's my last hope" Emily finally said.

"Thank you I promise you won't regret it"Selena said "I have to get going now" Selena added while getting up.

"Send my greetings to my siblings" Emily said then Selena bid her farewell and disappear leaving Emily all to herself.

"A chance" she said to herself.
