To whom it may concern in relevance to Vanya Cargonova
According to Salsin (1981) a victim is someone who has been put in a situation that interfere with their human lifeline, is assaulted or is damaged for along time. In my opinion Miss Vanya Cargonova fits that description. Her life has been put on halt due to the situation she finds herself in. She has been assaulted both emotionally and physically. In result of that her life has been damaged and will be for a long time to come, especially with the constant threat still looming over her. This fact is worsened by the ineffectiveness of the investigation.
