Eric walked out of the room with an angry face and eyes glinting with hatred that told us clearly how much he wanted me dead if only he could do that. There was no doubt someone had appeared as my guardian angel that moment I was about to be r***d, but the most annoying thing is that I got no chance to get a glimpse of him.
It was so frustrating that I felt the greatest urge to slap myself hard till I passed out.
