Chapter 7 : It's the Rum Talking

1867 Words
As the elevators dinged, the hot and tipsy couple walked towards the hallway leading to Amalia’s room. Amalia then led Ezio inside her room after she swiped her hotel card on the card reader attached to the doorknob. “Do you want a glass of water? ‘Cause I need one.” Amalia asked as she approached the fridge. “Sure,” Ezio replied as he stood awkwardly, not knowing where to sit. “You can relax on the bed, no worries.” Amalia blurted, as she blushed, noticing Ezio’s reluctance to sit. ‘I guess there’s nothing wrong with it, we already did it on the beach. It’s not really the time to be embarrassed Mal’, Amalia reasoned with herself. Ezio sat on the bed trying to be comfortable, and as he looked at his surroundings, he noticed Amalia’s sketchbook lying on the bedside table. He picked it up and started skimming on the pages. There, he saw Amalia’s drawings- from her own hotel room to the cafe, to the surfer she drew yesterday. He felt a tad bit unhappy seeing Calvin having been drawn too vividly for his liking. Nonetheless, on a technical note, he was quite impressed by the details Amalia was able to emphasize- as if it was alive. He flipped through another page, and what he saw was - there were no words to describe it, as Ezio’s train of thought was suddenly cut off. There simply was no room for commentaries nor compliments. He was mesmerized at what he saw- the sunset she drew earlier. Amalia truly captured nature’s beauty, completely tugging Ezio in ways he never thought was possible. He never imagined he would be enlightened by just a piece of sketch as he never truly believed in art and found it a waste of his time. But this time, this very moment nudged a little bit of his soul, for he had seen life in a different light to the point he was somewhat feeling emotional, as he felt a single tear trickle down his face, to which he immediately wiped. “What are you looking at?” Amalia popped out of the blue carrying a cold glass of water for him to drink when she saw Ezio staring at her work as if it was a holy grail. She was stunned at the fact that Ezio stared at the sunset with so much emotion, yet she was feeling flustered because it is a private thing. “I-uh. I saw your sketchbook, and I peeked a little.” Ezio responded honestly, scratching his head. “I see that you are completely drawn to it. I usually don’t let others see my works but for you I’ll make an exemption, seeing as you like it so much.” Amalia replied, sending a little wink his way which made Ezio chuckle, easing the tension for a little bit. “Thanks. I like that I’m the only exception.” Ezio smiled, suddenly happy at what he heard. “You cheeky bastard.” Amalia blushed, then laughed to which Ezio joined in. Suddenly feeling cold, Amalia then walked to her closet and took out a loose shirt and underwear. She started to undress, forgetting that Ezio was still in the room. On the other hand, Ezio was heating up with the sight before him. Trying to hide his own embarrassment, he started to tease Amalia. ‘Why am I feeling shy? I’m not like this with the other women. But then again, she’s not like other women. Oh, what the hell.’ He rambled internally. “I’m quite loving the view here.” He whistled. “Yeah, yeah I know I’m hot.” Amalia rolled her eyes, then winked at him as she turned around after donning the shirt. She then went towards the bed and sat beside him. “Ready for bedtime?” Ezio asked, smiling as he teased Amalia and resting his arm around her waist. “You’re so comfortable aren’t you? Don’t you feel like we’re acting like a couple even though we just met?” Amalia questioned, baffled at their own gestures throughout the evening. On the contrary, Ezio just felt like it was natural for him to act like this towards her, knowing he was never like this. He never acts like this. “Technically, we’ve met a couple of times already. Don’t you want to?” Ezio pointed out, looking at her. “Well, I have expected this to be just a one-time kind of thing. I never expected you to be like this.” “What did you expect me to be? You thought I was gonna be an ass who leaves right after s*x?” “Well, kinda?” Amalia replied sheepishly, smiling awkwardly at him. “You’re not wrong. To be honest, I’m typically like that. I don’t hold in this much conversation with a woman I just met. We usually hook up and then leave after it’s over. I don’t know why I am like this with you as well and I am confused as hell. So confusing that it’s driving me crazy. This may be just the rum talking but I find it not too bad actually. I find you interesting and I want to talk to you even if it’s random.” Ezio blurted. “Aren’t you going too fast with this?” “I agree with that too, but I’m more of a feeling kind of guy.” Ezio winked. “Feeling?” “I have a good feeling with you, one that I have never felt so I’m doing whatever I feel right. You don’t want me to?” Ezio then looked at her seriously, waiting for her answer. “Honestly, I don’t get to hear that often so I’ll take it for now. I’m really not that popular with men, you see.” Amalia joked, knowing full well it was true. “With the way you look, I don’t believe it. Not one bit.” Ezio scanned her features and smirked. “You have a weird taste then.” Amalia countered and grinned. “If this is what I get, then I’d be willing to be labeled as weird.” He wiggled his brows and kissed her. “What was that for?” “You are asking for it. Come on, I want to do those cheesy things like cuddling.” “You mean, you have never cuddled before?” “Have you?” “No?” “Then let’s cuddle and talk about random stuff.” Amalia wordlessly agreed and snuggled with him on the bed, laying on his outstretched arm. Ezio then kissed her forehead and smelled her hair. He draped the blanket just enough for it to cover Amalia’s thighs so she wouldn’t get cold. “What do you want to talk about Ezio?” Ezio was stunned by the way she pronounced his name, despite hearing it multiple times earlier at the beach. “Hmm, what about your first date?” “Ugh. It’s not much of a date. More like s****l harassment.” Amalia scoffed at the sudden thought of Zach. “WHAT?” Hearing that, Ezio was suddenly furious as if he could rip that man to pieces, whoever that is. “Chill your ass. You look like an oven, ready to burst.” Amalia caressed his chest which made him relax a little. “So here’s how it happened…” And so Amalia told Ezio about her awful dates with men and each threw sarcastic remarks from time to time. The night progressed with them being lost in their own world, so engrossed with random topics. Dawn went without them even noticing as they chatted on and on about the surfer named Calvin and how he ditched Amalia for a hot chick to which Amalia explained that she was never offended and that even she checked the girl out for future references. “I was going to draw her next after the party. But you see how that ended up.” Amalia reasoned at a mocking Ezio. “Well you’re busy now, you can’t draw her.” “I’m not busy, I’m in bed,” Amalia said, confused. “Yes, in bed, with me.” Ezio teased, wiggling his brows, his face getting closer to hers. “And we both know how that will end up.” He added as he kissed her, soft and innocent, yet tantalizing to Amalia. She responded with passion as Ezio slipped his hand inside her shirt caressing her waist and up to her bare breast. He kissed her neck and fondled her breasts earning a moan from Amalia. “Guess it’s time for round two then.” Amalia joked in between breaths. Ezio chuckled while still kissing her which tickled Amalia as his breath fanned on her neck. ‘I can’t believe I’m getting laid twice in a row!’ Amalia rejoiced inside. Ezio transferred his attention to her breasts and sucked on them as his hand went down to her ass to grasp it. “This glorious as is mine.” Ezio suddenly blurted, not being able to stop himself from admiring Amalia’s physique. He wanted it to be his, and his only. Just the thought of other guys having to touch her infuriated him which led him to roughly suck on Amalia’s breast and his grip to tighten. Amalia, totally ignorant of what was running on Ezio’s mind, found his actions quite hot and moaned loudly to the sudden shift. “Yes.” Was the only thing Amalia could come up with at the moment. She was so lost in his touch, completely detached from rationality.  The only thing rational going through her mind was for Ezio to bring her to her high as he did earlier. She grasped his hair as Ezio went down to eat her up for the second time tonight and sang his name in glorious moans to which Ezio loved. He loved every bit of reaction he got from Amalia- from her sarcastic remarks to her beautiful moans. Especially her moans. He wants to keep on hearing it so he teased her more, his tongue lapping on her most sensitive bud. As a result, Amalia moaned out his name and tugged his hair making Ezio look at her. Ezio couldn’t hold it any longer, unzipped his pants, and released his member at once. “I’m going in,” Was was what Ezio said before penetrating her.
