As agreed, Enrique and I returned to the house I once shared with Lucas. I wanted to complain that it didn’t feel like home anymore but it was always that way even before. But I reminded myself that it was just temporary.
Lucas promised he would be kind and so far, he didn’t break that promise yet. He even allowed me to hire a housekeeper and of course. I also negotiated with him that my friends would be allowed to visit me anytime, especially Nick and Antoinette.
