“Klaus, I have a feeling we’re being followed,” I said uneasily. “I’m sure it’s nothing. You’re probably thing imagining things,” Klaus said reassuringly, wrapping a hand around my waist as we drove back home. We got out of the car, and walked into the house hand in hand when suddenly Klaus pushed me against the wall, his back facing me, like he was trying to shield me, but from what? “Hey Klaus,” I heard a girl say. “Nemsis,” Klaus said between gritted teeth, “What are you doing here?” “Can’t I come say hi to my little puppet without anyone questioning my motives?” The girl named Nemsis said. I stepped around Klaus and saw the two figures standing in front of us. I gasped as I took in their long wings, and horns above their heads. They also had fangs, which didn’t make me feel any bet
