I walked to work in this small town in Colorado. It high up in the mountains so it always rains or snows hardly have any sunny days but it is home and I love it I love the diner I work at Maggie’s diner open 24 even open on Christmas. My mom also works here she is the one that got me the job so I can work and do my homework. As I am running to get to work I hear a noise in the woods I look but I see nothing.

Unknown POV

I see her running to work or I think that is her I have been told to keep an eye on her by Aiden. I guess she is some prophecy child she is suppose to bring balance to the werewolves and vampires I text Aiden to let him know I have eyes on Rylee. I also see across the way the prince of vampires Alex watching I better keep an eye on her to make sure he doesn’t try anything on her. I watch as she walks into work and I wait for my orders to come in from the Lycan king as to wait to do next.
