"Talia! Let's go. We are gonna be late if you don't hurry up." I yell through the house as I carry six-year-old Ava on my hip.
Ava is Leo's biological daughter and my pregnancy with her was very hard, it took a toll on me physically and mentally. The first few months of my pregnancy everything was perfect. Every scan we had said she was growing healthy. Then we entered my second trimester and our doctor saw something in the scan. I was totally afraid something was wrong with my baby.
