I only stare at the gun that is lying on the table as I’m getting ready for school. I never thought that I have to bring the gun with me again after so long. I wish that I don’t have to bring it with me. It only reminds me of the day where I have to kill someone just to defend myself. I don’t regret the decision I made on that day. But I prefer not to bring any form of weapon with me to school. It gives me the feeling that I live in such an unsafe environment.
Despite the feeling, I still put the gun inside my bag. I’m worried that I’ll forget to bring it with me especially when I’m rushing to leave the house.
