“Larisa make sure you go over the wallpaper materials that was sent by Mr. Henry. I trust you-” my phone vibrates beside me stopping me from completing what I was going to say.
My brows furrowed as I read Victor’s message. “Plan B activated?”
“Huh?” Larisa stared at me confused.
“No I'm not referring to you. You can go continue your work” I dismissed her from the meeting. As she closed the door behind her, I reread Victor’s message trying to understand what he meant by Plan B activated. Or did he send the wrong message?
Confusion filled my mind as I tried to decipher Victor's cryptic message. "Plan B activated?" What could he possibly mean by that? Or did he find out my plan with Mateo? I quickly composed a reply, asking him to clarify his message.
