Chapter 18
Once again he found himself ringing the building bell in Gramercy Park. Lena came down in a few minutes. For the first time he found her a little disheveled.
"Forgive me for receiving you like this. I'm finishing packing. I could use your help to close the suitcases."
After completing the task the woman went to her bedroom to change her clothes. She came back dressed in casual clothes but in her usual good taste.
"What would you like to do today?" She asked the boy.
"Go back to Gramercy Park."
Although when she had opened the house door had felt cold Lena agreed to please the young man. The woman entered the dressing room and came out wearing an anorak lined in synthetic furs. Federico smiled.
"You still look beautiful."
