5: Wakey !! wakey !!

EPISODE 5

Next day~

M O O N W H I T E S

Moon woke up from the ringing of the alarm. She groaned but still woke up, because today Liam will be coming from his business trip.

Liam still is weird? I'll just call him Mr.grayson.

Moon thought

I went into the bathroom.

Brushed teeth and took a quick shower.

It's September, quite sunny today but definitely chilly in the evening.

I wore a beige color half sleeve crop shirt with bears in it, and a black track pants.

I quickly blow dried my hairs. Put on a messy bun , a light of shade lip balm on my lips.

And then I make my way downstairs.

I saw mona cooking in the kitchen and some people sweeping the floor and some are mopping the floor, tables, window glasses etc.

Maybe cleaning services.

I made my to mona.

" Goodmorning mona " I said

" oh, miss whites good morning but the breakfast is not ready now, I'll make it quick"

" oh, it's ok, don't rush. And let me help you"

" No, miss WHITES. I cant. It's my work"

" stop with Miss WHITES. Call me moon. Ok"

Mona nodded

" lemme help you, and I've some questions to ask you. "

Atlast she agreed .

And I'm making a batter for pancakes.

It's now 7:15 am

"How many people stays here?" I asked mona.

" only 3. Me, luke and Mr.grayson and sometimes Lady grayson. And sometimes mr.and mrs.grayson " mona said

" in this big mansion only 3 person, it must be too lonely " I said

" hmm, it is . I Am only assigned to do the cooking and kitchen chores. And luke is a very calm child , and he rarely talk with anyone . So yeah its lonely" mona said sadly

" I'm here now, you don't need to feel lonely"

I said making her smile.

" when does,luke wakes up ?" I asked

" umm , around 8:30 or 9AM" mona said

" okay!"

Then we both cooked together but Luke's food can only be made by her, Mr.grayson's order.

Now it's 8: 20am , lucy came down in her nightgown itself.

Guess, she's a heavy sleeper.

I greeted her , she reciprocated and diggeg in her breakfast.

I made my way to Luke's room.

I silently opened the door.

And the room made my jaw touch the floor, if possible.

It's everything any kid could ask.

A big bed in the middle of room. With dark blue color bedsheets with stars and crystal shaped draws in it.

A big window in the head of the bed, as stars can be seen from the bed while laying down.

The walls color in soft blue color and white.

I roamed around and saw his closet is also blue color.

I guess blue is Luke's favorite color.

And I think he's obsessed with stars.

I slowly made my towards the bed, where luke is sleeping on his stomach ,while the bed is totally messy.

He looks so peaceful.

I touched his hairs. Caressing his hairs I started waking him up slowly his name.

Luke! Wakey wakey!! Let's go and eat breakfast.

He softly groaned and started sitting up.

I helped him sit.

He looks like he's 4, or 5 year boy but in reality he's 2 years old, will be 3 in a few weeks.

Maybe be that's why , he can't walk now. He just crawls. And know very few words.

" good mowrning moon" luke said smiling sweetly at me.

"Good morning luke baby" I said

And god his ear turned pink , because I called him baby

Today I had really fun with luke , we both ate breakfast. Mona and lucy was that he ate breakfast with them , because he doesn't do that generally. Then I took him for a bath.

He really likes water.

I got to know many things about him.

He doesn't really talk, they're saying because he's small but no he doesn't have anyone to talk. He talked with me very much. He learned many new words too.

He likes chocolate muffins and cupcakes but his dad doesn't let him eat.

I promised him to make them for him.

It's now evening, luke is now sleeping.

And I'm also laying beside him looking at him. Suddenly he became the most adorable and interesting thing for me.

I'm really curious why? Luke's mom left this adorable kid. I'll do anything just for this family. Maybe she had some reason.

I was in my thoughts looking at luke, I didn't know lucy was in the door and listening to my blabbering that I didn't knew I spoke loudly.

" Umm, moon?" Lucy said

I looked at her shock

I sat up .

She came and sat infront of me.

" my brother's coming within half an hour, you should be ready ok . Be yourself. "

" what do you mean?" I asked

" umm, moon the thing is I accepted you as Luke's babysitter but my brother still need to give his opinion on you" she said

" what if he doesn't like me " I asked panicking

"Oh don't worry. Luke loves you. He talks with you. So he will not reject you" saying

Lucy went away

I looked at luke.

" luke wakey, wakey. Its evening. Your dad is coming " I said in a baby voice.

" no, no no , no wakey wakey " luke said turning other side

" luke!!" I said warning him playfully

" NO! " he said adamantly

I laughed a little like a evil

And stared ticking him his stomach.

I started rubbing his stomach with my nose.

Making him giggle.

" Stop, moon , stop " luke between his giggles.

" then wakey wakey " I asked raising my eyebrows

" yes, yes, wakey wakey " he said

I helped luke washing his face , changed his diaper. Feeded him fruits and juice.

Lucy is where, I don't know . Mona is cooking.

I and lucke sitting in the living room doing nothing. We both are bored.

The tv is on , the cartoon Dora is going on.

I and luke sighed for the hundredth time today.

And suddenly luke throwed the remote on the tv.

I grasped

" luke , what's wrong " I asked

He had a frowned on his face still looking cute.

" she can't see lake " luke said angrily

I and luke argue a little that he should throw things like that. And he said sorry.

I smiled

" luke? " I called him

" yes,moon" he said

" let's dance " I said

He looked at me

" what's dance ?" He asked

I looked at him with my wide eyes

" you don't know what's dancing is " I asked

He shook his head.

I stood up energetically placed my hands in my hips

" I'll teach you" I said

He just gave me a weird look

" luke, don't be like that "

I and luke is dancing, on the bed of Luke's room. Ofcourse luke is sitting and raising his hands .he tried jumping like me but can't.

After laughing, playing, dancing, eating chips and chocolates . We both got tired.

I fell on the bed. With my arms and legs widely.

Luke also played beside me .

Only our breathing can be heared.

And occasionally Luke's giggles.

Luke sat up , I looked at him. He slowly crawling , he came on me . Sat on my tummy , his legs beside my tummy and kept his head on my chest .

I started caressed his hairs.

He's laying on my chest.

" I en-ejoy today " luke said stuttering on the word enjoy he learned today smiling widely and closed his eyes.

I also smiled and closed my eyes.

Suddenly the door opened

"LUKE!" Came a manly voice

Which made luke startled

I quickly hold him.

I tilted my head to look at the person who called luke.

It was really man, with his white shirt sleeves folded till his elbow. And few buttons opened.

" who are you? What are you doing with my son" he said in angry voice.

What did I do he's angry on me

He came quickly and took luke from me. And suddenly I felt a sting in my heart.

Due to his sudden moments , luke who was sleeping now is crying.

I got angry. I don't care who he is.

" ARE YOU MADE OR WHAT?!! HE WAS SLEEPING " I said glaring at the man.

Luke was crying he gave a glare and was rocking luke back and forth.

I took luke from his arm.

And put his on my chest , he hold my neck tightly. I started caressing his hairs

" it's ok, luke baby, sleep ok. Nothing happened " I said still caressing his hairs.

And he slept.

I slowly put him on the bed , covered him till his chest with a duvet.

Then I looked up and saw the handsome man looking angrily at me, and lucy beside him.

He was about to say but Lucy cut him off

- let's talk outside , Luke's sleeping.

I and the man both looked at luke.

I leaned towards luke to kiss his forehead and at the same time he leaned , we both stopped looked at eachother.

I pushed him , by pushing his chest.

And kissed Luke's forehead and caressed his hairs last time.

" I'll came again, ok baby" I said

Lucy a bit shock.

The man's jaw clenched.

He kissed Luke's cheeks. Said something and went out.

And lucy sighed

Now lucy and the man, who I got to know, is Mr.grayson, Luke's father.

I made a huge mistake.

He is glaring at me and suddenly the floor became more interesting for me.

" I don't like her, get her out from my house" he said disgustingly, lucy tried to say something but he let him.

He went

I looked at lucy. Who was disappointed by her brother .

I smiled at her .

" I'll just see , luke one last time and I'll go" I said

She quietly nodded as it's not in her hand to stop me.

I went to luke room.

But the room was opened, I peeked and saw luke talking with his dad.

I turned around to go , but a voice stopped me. " moon" luke called me

I turned and looked at him , he was in his dad's lap.

I smiled at him.

" Moon, my dad " he said and his cheek making the man smile , who was glaring at me a minute ago.

" see, he brought chocolate " he said showing me 5 chocolate bars.

I went to him smiling. Caressing his hair.

" don't eat all of them at once, okay?" He nodded

" YOU dont need to say what he should do or not" Mr.grayson said emphasizing on the word you

I didn't said anything.

" Goodbye luke, I'm going home" I said still smiling

But Luke's smile dropped

He hold my hand.

" you going?" He asked sadly

I nodded

" why?"

" I have some work " i said

He pouted sadly

" you'll come tomorrow " he asked hopefully

I don't want to lie to you luke

" Luke, leave her. She's told you right she has work" Mr.grayson said firmly

Luke officially ignored him. Still looking at me.

" I will, if you eat all the vegetables, including tomatoes " I said

" and drink milk too" I said

He thought something for a min and nodded.

I smiled kissed his cheek and made my way towards the door.

I went out and heard luke saying his dad about me and luke dancing .

I went to the room I was staying.

Packed my bags.

And went down and saw mona and lucy standing.

I smiled at them.

" I'm sorry , I'll try to convince him" lucy said

" it's ok. You don't need to fight with him. Maybe I'm lacking something as a babysitter " I said

" no dear, you're not lacking anything it's just-" mona couldn't continue

I gave Lucy and mona a hug and went to my apartment.

Sitting in a cab, I sighed dejectedly.
