MOON WHITES POV
It's my break time during my shift in the cafe. If your wondering about what happened yesterday with that man , I'm proud to say I was fired yesterday.
Why? He was forcing himself on me but I rejected him and kicked his balls which led me getting fired yesterday and I'm now hell worried , I need to pay the rent of my apartment, electricity bill, water bill and than my food expenses.
I'm really in need of a job.
" Can you make two cappuccino for the table number 6 ?" Blakeley said one of the waitress of this cafe.
" yeah! Why not " I said
I made two cups of cappuccino, handed her the tray with two cups filled with cappuccino.
She thanked me and I just nodded.
" MOOONNN!!!" came a baby voice full of cheerfulness
" yes" I said looking at the side where the voice came
And suddenly my lit up .
It was Luke. And also Lucy, who was smiling widely.
I looked at the wall clock it was 4pm .
I smiled at them .
" How are you Moon?" lucy asked me smiling warmly
" fine, and you " I asked
" Better " she said
" moon, moon, " luke called me who was in Lucy's arm
" yes, baby" I said
As called him baby he blushed
I and lucy chuckled
" Did your shift end " Lucy asked
" No, it ends at 5" I said
Lucy and Luke nodded in understanding manner.
" What do you want to eat today ?" I asked,
After yesterday's conversation we became very comfortable with eachother.
Lucy looked at luke, who was already looking at the pastry .
Luke pointed at the red Velvet pastry with cream frosting. Looking damn tasty!
" Make it three" Lucy said
" okay " I said and they went to the nearest table .
I was placing the pastrys in the plates , suddenly Nova , I looked at her gave her a small smile.
" How do you know such a rich lady ?" Nova asked
" who ?" I asked
" The lady in table no 3" nova said
" ahh! I met her yesterday, and we became friends " I explained
She nodded
I completed putting the pastrys in the plates.
" lemme take this to them " Nova said
I nodded and handed her the tray.

AUTHOR POV:-
Moon gave the tray to Nova ,and started attending other customers.
Nova went to their table, luke frowned looking at nova, who gave him a wide smile.
He turned his head to other side.
" He's really cute" Nova said to Lucy wanting to start a conversation
" He is indeed " lucy said looking lovingly at Luke who was eating his pastry officially ignoring Nova .
Nova ruffled Luke's Golden brown hair , luke got irritated and pushed her hands from his hands. And angrily glared at her.
Nova also got taken by the little boy's attitude.
" Don't mind him, he's usually like this " Lucy said
But nova didn't believed her , as she saw moon talking with him effortlessly.
" enjoy your cakes" saying Nova went to other table ,giving a glare to luke who again ignored her.
The bell in the doorway rang signaling someone coming inside.
A blonde woman came with a small blonde girl with her.
They went to the table 9 , it was Nova's table but she was already frustrated from Luke's behavior, so she asked Lucy to take her table when she takes her table where two guys were sitting starting at Moon.
Nova rolled her eyes at moon, opened her two buttons of her shirt and went to the table of two guys.
Moon went to the table of mother-daughter duo.
" Hello" moon greeted her with a sweet smile.
The woman and the girl both smiled at moon.
" You both look so Cute, especially when you're smiling " Moon said complimenting them.
Which made them smile wider
" what's your name dear ?" The blonde asked
"Moon, Moon whites" she replied
" such a pweety ( preety ) name" The lil blonde girl said
" Thank you dear, and what's your name?"
Moon asked bending to her height
" Evalyn, but you can call me eva" the girl said smiling at moon.
Moon smiled
" Ok, eva. Nice name. So what do you want to eat Eva" moon asked and touched her noss making her giggling
Seeing this all thing , made someone jealous, who's stabbing his pastry. It's Luke.
Seeing moon smiling and giggling with other girl made him jealous.
" I want a pink donut, and strawberry shake" eva said
" The one with sprinkles on it " moon said playfully
" yeah yeshh" eva squealed making Eva's mother and moon both laugh.
" ok! I'll bring it now and you mam" moon said
" I'll have a cup of coffee with two spoons of sugar" she said
" your order will be here in 10 mins" moon said sweetly
And went .
Moon came back with one pink donut as ordered, and a cup of coffee with two spoons of sugar.
She went to the table taking their orders.
She kept their orders infront of them.
" you're orders" moon said
While going moon ruffled Eva's hairs making her giggle and kissed moon's cheek.
Making moon smile
The little girl was eating her donut and her mom wiping her mouth with tissue and still smiling.
Luke was looking at them , lucy looked at him with sympathy in her eyes.
She hold his hand and said
" Do you want me to feed you ?" Lucy asked masking my sympathies for him.
He looked at her with sad eyes and nodded his head no.
Moon went to the cash counter as no one was there.
She stood their and two guys came to pay their expenses
Both payed their bill.
" here's your change sir" moon said smiling sweetly at the both guys.
They took their change.
" Hey, I'm jason. " one guy with brown hairs and same brown eyes said to moon.
" Hi! I'm moon. I've before in the cafe before"
Moon said smiling
" You noticed me before?" The guy said with utter shock
She nodded
" Hey moon, I'm Jackson, you can call jack"
Other guy said
Moon smiled at him too
And the jason guy glaring at him as he interrupted their talk.
Making moon laugh.
They both started at her in awe.
" I need to go other customers, so" moon said politely
" ohh , yeah please go on. And um are we friends now?" Jason asked
" I think so " moon said
" meet you again" moon said waving at them who did the same .
They both went from there and moon sighed
And then her eyes fell on lucy and Luke who were staring at her.
She smiled at them , lucy reciprocates but not luke making moons heart sting a little.
She looked at the wall clock it was already 5.
But the 5'o clock shift part timer was still not here.
She waited for more 2 mins and then she came running.
Then moon went to the changing room.
Changed her cloths.
And went to the table were lucy and Luke were sitting.
Moon sat beside luke , who turned his head to other side, folding his small hand in his chest.
Moon looked at Lucy, who shrugged her shoulders.
Moon hold Luke's shoulder made him tuned towards her. And she saw Luke eyes glistening with tears making moons eyes also glistening.
" Did I do anything wrong ?" Moon asked touching Luke's cheek.
Instantly a pearl like tear fell from his deep blue ocean like eyes.
Moon quickly wiped the tears from his eyes.
" Don't scare me , baby just say me what I did wrong " moon said in her sad tone.
Another pearl fell from Luke's eyes and he suddenly jumped in moons arm , holding her tightly as his life depending on her.
moon hold her and rocking him back and forth. This scene made lucy shock and a small gasp came from her mouth, because luke doesn't go to anyone's arm, scratch that he doesn't even talk with anyone.
Lucy was already shocked as he talked with moon.
And hugging her.
