My room felt empty and cold sitting here staring at the memories I pinned on the walls. They weren’t real. I am not who I thought I was. I got up and crossed the room to stand in front of my floor-length mirror. My reflection wasn’t mine. I was no longer the nerd that loved history. I was a gorgeous woman with lavender eyes. My hair is now silky feeling not frizzy and dull like before. I couldn’t get over the fact my eyesight was now impeccable along with my hearing.
