I drove Firecracker to her apartment and drove back to mine. Josh kept nagging and pleading to stay with me for a while. I had no choice but to agree.
“Do you have anything in your fridge,” Josh asked, walking towards it.
“You can see for yourself,” I replied and flopped down on the couch
“Milk, wine, apple… are these the only edible things you have in your fridge?”
“I’m sure your eyes are not infected.” I hissed
