She is startled from her thoughts by the heavily accented voice of an older woman. She turns around and frowns. She should have heard her coming. Then again, the woman is driving a particularly expensive car that hums quietly as she cruises slowly alongside her. The blast of air conditioning from inside her car cools Tasha's skin and she takes a second to enjoy the cooling sensation before her attention goes to the woman driving the car.
