The morning light did nothing to ease the his struggle,despite making Brain unable to walk the previous night.

Ervin sat behind the glass wall of his office on the sixth floor, towering above the city that believed he was nothing more than a ruthless CEO. His suit was sharp as ever, but the pallor of his skin betrayed everything . He looked carved from stone—cold, severe, but drained.

The night had left him ragged. The bond had clawed through him until dawn, his wolf snarling inside his head like a beast in chains. Every second he refused Kaelen’s pull was a blade twisting in his gut.

But Ervin endured. He always endured.

He leafed through documents without reading them, jaw tight, until the papers blurred. His temples pounded. His wolf stirred, restless, growling, demanding what Ervin refused to give.

“Mate.“

“No,” Ervin muttered under his breath, his voice low enough only he could hear. His claws itched beneath his skin. “Stop that and let me work .”

Across the city, in a quieter part of town, Kaelen opened his apartment door to find a girl smiling at him, unaware of the storm beneath his calm gray eyes.

He didn’t give her time to speak. His hand shot out, pulling her inside, the door slamming shut behind them. His lips crashed against hers, hungry, desperate for s*x.

Being an Omega it was really difficult to endure being on heat but he endured through the thinking or hoping Ervin might come find him,but his last hope got shattered,when it was already morning and no signs of him,

so he had to take care of himself and the first thing that got into his mind when he woke up was f*****g some badly,and he didn’t think of Ervin or hesitate to call her over.

After about 10 minutes in the hall

he lifted her easily, carrying her into his bedroom, his kisses rough, frantic. Her jacket slid from her shoulders, falling to the floor as his hands pulled at her clothes. The scent of her skin filled the room, warm, human, simple.

He pushed her to her knees and with no hesitation,shove his d**k into her mouth

Ervin’s wolf snapped.

The papers on his desk crumpled in his grip, claws breaking through his skin as his chest heaved. His black eyes burned until they bled into luminous blue, the color of his wolf in full rage.

The snarl shook his entire body, rattling his bones, clawing his control to pieces.

“Kael.” Ervin’s voice broke on the word, but fury surged hotter than denial,but that was it, his unmarked mate was being f****d by someone.He stood so abruptly that the desk cracked under his hands, documents scattering like leaves in a storm. The chair toppled over. A porcelain vase shattered against the floor as he shoved it aside, his breath a growl.

The office door burst open. His young assistant Elias, the only worker he was calm and gentle with froze at the sight, his chest rising and falling like a predator moments from tearing free.

Elias didn’t say a word. He quickly went out,slammed the door shut and locked it from the outside, panic written across his face as he looked around for the sight of any human.

Good enough the office was sound proof to human hearing. He heaved a sigh and walked away.

Ervin was going crazy already,he pressed his palms into the desk, the growl in his chest vibrating through the room. His wolf was wild, livid, howling with betrayal.

Ervin’s snarl ripped the silence apart. He hated the bond. Hated Kaelen. But the thought of his mate beneath someone else’s hands was an agony worse than heat.

Back in Kaelen’s bedroom, sweat clung to his skin as he moved against the girl, every kiss harsher than the last. But no matter how hard he tried, no matter how deep he buried his d**k in her warmth, the bond throbbed in his chest like a wound that refused to close.
