My stomach growled as I crept through the tunnel. The training had gone well enough, beside me ripping my shoulder open on the harsh rocks in the cave. The others were in their own tunnels as each of us was on the hunt for food.
My tunnel wasn't yielding any results by this point and I put my nose to the cold hard surface as I sniffed. It was faint but something had been through here.
A rabbit if what my nose was telling me was the truth. A rabbit would be a small share between the lot of us, but it would be a start in any case.
