Joel said my name like he didn't know it was me. I pursed my lips. "What?" I asked back. "You feeling okay?" He asked. I shrugged. " I'll let you know. In the mean time, I'm going to take a shower." I said, and closed the door in their faces yet again. I heard muffling again, urgent, confused voices, but they were cut off when I turned on the water, and finally started to relax.
