I stopped the car I was driving on the side of the road to see if the car that had been tailing me would also stop. But when the car was coming, the driver didn't bother to stop and instead, he just went straight ahead and passed me.
When I saw that he was gone, I just drove again to leave. I'm sure he's following me and I can't be wrong, if there's any reason why he stopped tailing me it's because I caught him and he doesn't want me to know his identity.
An hour passed and I finally got home. But I frowned as I hurriedly got out of my car when I didn't see the guards assigned to the gate.
"Where are they and why is the gate open?" I whispered as I scattered my eyes around.
I couldn't even see some of my men, it was very quiet as if there wasn't even a single person here aside from me.
