“Open the book to find the truth, if you dare, I will help you find the book,” said the mysterious voice. Whose voice was that it sounded like someone we know” said Saito and Ren. They then got surprised by the voice that came out of nowhere. They looked around to see if there was anyone there but no one was there but them. “I see a book glowing behind the shelves,” said Ren as she pointed toward the shelves. “What is this ticking noise in my heart it keeps ticking?'' Said Saito as she placed her hand on her heart, tears then fell on her cheeks. “Why am I crying, why does it feel like it hurts so much like I lost a part of myself?'' said Saito. She then covered one of her eyes. “Master, you felt that too,” said Ren as tears also flowed down her cheeks. “How strange we both felt it and since we found the book we don't have to read all these remaining books,'' said Saito as she wiped her tears and Ren’s tears. “I then reached out and touched the book which blasts me toward the wall. Master Saito, are you feeling well? as Ren rushed over to where I was blasted towards. “I'm alright, I was just startled by the blast as her arms were shaking. The book had strong magic coming from it. The book then floated out the shelves and floated in front of them. “Ow! That hurts but not a lot though what was that all about Ren, please check it,” said Saito. Ren then used her own magic to sense what the problem was. “Master Saito, the book has a seal along with a curse, if you had opened it I'm not sure what kind of curse could occur from it,'' said Ren. “This will be troublesome but we need to find out more about that picture,'' said Saito. They then form a sphere around the book using their magic. They both then looked at the book, “We can try to break the seal and curse but this requires blood from both of us since it can temporarily open for a few hours,'' said Ren. “That’s good enough to look through it, even for a short time,'' said Saito. They then cast the spell 3 magic circles form around the book. Then they cast the spell while piercing their skin to drip blood at the same time. It took 5 hours to complete the spell after it was completed. “I'm determined to open this book,'' said Saito. “It will soon open,'' said Ren. After they completed the spell, the book then landed toward the table. They were exhausted from using a lot of their magic, they then walked and both sat down at the table where the book had landed. “I'm so thirsty for blood or something cold,'' said Saito and Ren. “Let's call Silver,'' said Saito. Ren then nodded her head and she had used telepathy to contact Silver. “Hey Silver it's me Saito, can you please bring us some blood or a cold drink,” said Saito. “Alright I will teleport the drinks soon,” said Silver. “Thank you Silver,” said Saito. “You're welcome,” said Silver. “Ming and Miko, can you make some drinks and teleport it to them,” said Silver. “Yes we will send it once we're done,” said Ming and Miko. Moments later the drink then appeared in the library. “Is this sakura tea? it very refreshing? that was a nice drink wasn't,” said Saito. “Yeah it was, it tasted almost the same as the one Kurogane gave us,” said Ren. “Since we have more mana, let's look at the book,'' said Saito. “It's so dusty,'' said Ren as she cleaned it off. "What is noise as his ear started to move, that is it the book of time did they unlock it," said Kurogane as he rushed over there, I finally made it as he was catching his breath. “The name of the title of the book was called the day and night rewind clock, before Saito can open the book. Kurogane then came into the library in a rush. “Don't read it if you open it, something bad will happen," said Kurogane. They then turned around and saw Kurogane at the door. “What do you mean it's dangerous?'' said Saito and Ren. “It would Pierce through your heart that book and also absorb your existence and it is strong, you can't read it until you have proven to the book and only I can read it and 3 others can read it but others can not read it,'' said Kurogane. “That's strange, is there a reason for it?'' said Saito. “Yes, that's why you need to go on this journey along with Ren, this book is incomplete,'' said Kurogane. “Is that the only reason or is there more than what you're telling us?'' said Ren. he then got a little nervous. “I can't say for sure but I know that it will take a long time,'' said Kurogane as he had a calm tone. “If you think this is right we will listen to you,'' said Saito. “Yeah but for now you two should go enjoy the hot springs outside, you two must be tired,'' said Kurogane. “Okay, we're gonna go to the hot springs then,'' said Saito. “You two will soon find out,'' said Kurogane. “We understand we won't question you too much,'' said Saito. The maids then rushed in breathing really hard. “Master Kurogane, sorry to interrupt,'' said Ming and Miko. “Don't panic, breathe and carefully tell me what happened okay,” said Kurogane. “Something happened to miss Saito, and miss Ren, they got injured, we don't know how it happened but we smelled blood,'' said Ming and Miko. “I think I know how it was caused, Ming and Miko go bring them to their room and change their clothes and lay them on the bed and bring a doctor to check their health,” said Kurogane. “Yes master Kurogane, we will do that right now,” said Ming and Miko. “I'm coming to help you two,” said Silver they then teleported to where Saito and Ren were at. “Hey, Shadows, do you hear me? I want to ask you something,” said Kurogane. "Yes Kurogane?” said Kuro and Chii as he used telepathy to talk to them. They both clear their throats. “We were given names that would be nice if you called us our names,'' said Kuro and Chii. “How rude of me, I wasn't aware that you were given any names yet, if you would please introduce yourself to me,” said Kurogane. “My name is Kuro, I'm the one that contracted to Saito,” said Kuro. “My name is Chii, I'm contracted to Ren," said Chii. “Those are great names you were given,” said Kurogane. “Thank you for saying that,” said Kuro and Chii. Your welcome but back to the main topic Kuro and Chii said Kurogane as he took a deep breath. “If you're talking about what happened not too long ago we can give you temporary access to see our memories,” said Kuro. “Please close your eyes so we can let you see into our memories, it will be painful since me and Kuro are shadows, our magic is different from yours,” said Chii. “I'm aware of that but I can't stand by and do nothing, I want to see what's going on,” said Kurogane. “Very well,” said Kuro as they then cast the spell, hear our call, open the door to our memories, let him pass through the door, and view our past memories. He then closes his eyes. (I found my way through the barrier but I was careful to not break it but these guys broke it, that means they're still interfering) as he opened his eyes and saw Kuro and Chii’s memories. “So the mayor’s pawn entered their house and broke the seals that Saito and Ren had created; they took something from their house. I am thankful to you two for showing me. “You're welcome and take your time looking'' said Kuro. “Ugh, the mayor's pawns are a pain in the neck, why even barge in a girl's house to take a beret, wait a minute, that beret is the one I gave her a long time ago, she still kept it,” said Kurogane as he covered his face. “I feel happy she still kept the beret I made for her. From what they showed me, that's what caused them to faint and it even damaged their eyes and made them bleed from their mouth since it was linked to them. If they ever show themselves I will teach them a lesson, for now, I will wait and see” said Kurogane. He then opens his eyes as he looks around the library. “You two may go back to sleep,'' said Kurogane. “Alright, we will take are leave,” said Kuro and Chii. “Sleep well you two,” said Kurogane. We will see you later as they went to sleep in Saito and Ren’s shadow. “So your back Silver,'' said Kurogane as he turned around and saw Silver sitting on the floor. “Yes master Kurogane, Saito and Ren are doing well now their wounds haven't healed yet but they are sleeping well,'' said Silver. “That's good but it might take a while until they fully heal since it was a sealed link,” said Kurogane as he looked at them. Did you find anything on the mayor? as Kurogane took a deep breath. “I found out the mayor is planning something evil just like the other two groups,'' said Silver. “I figured this was going to happen because the mayor is the most dense out of the other two groups,” said Kurogane. “If he sees beyond that, he will be our biggest enemy, it's more than an object he doesn't know Saito is not the only key to this power, he is naive isn't he master, Kurogane?” said Silver. “He is, for now, we should check on them, let's go,” said Kurogane as they both walked out the door. “Ming and Miko, did the doctor arrive?” said Kurogane as he saw them in the hallway. The doctor is still on his way,” said Ming and Miko. The doorbell then rang. “Coming,” said Ming and Miko as they walked to the door. “Hello, are you the one that called me?” said the doctor. “Yes, we called you,'' said Ming and Miko. “We wanted you to check on the two, we had mentioned they have gotten injured and we don't have the right medicine to cure their wounds,” said Ming and Miko. “Show me where they are,” said the doctor as he walked alongside them. Kurogane and Silver walked behind them; they then approached the room where Saito and Ren were at. The doctor then sat on the chair and placed his bag on the table. He then took out his 3 herbs and 3 mermaid scales, 5 dragon claws he took out 2 tubes with blue liquid he then took out 1 breaker. He then poured the blue liquid in the breaker and then combined all the ingredients together to make the medicine. He dropped each of the ingredients in order the color of the breaker changed into a red and white color.
