_Mira's POV_ The next morning, I woke up early. The air was cool and sunlight streamed through the windows. My thoughts were already racing about the journey ahead. After getting ready, I headed downstairs for breakfast. Killian sat at the table, sipping coffee. “You’re up early,” he said, glancing at me with a small smile. I nodded. “Couldn’t sleep much. Too much on my mind.” He chuckled. “You’re not the only one. Ready to hunt for a rare flower in the middle of nowhere?” I sat down and picked at the toast on my plate. “As ready as I’ll ever be.
