A Return to Manny’s
Not only did Manny’s serve great drinks and bar food, their steaks were famous throughout Dallas. Sam drove into valet parking and they went in, taking a hidden table. The pub was not very busy. Mack saw them enter and came out to take their orders personally.
“Hello, guys,” he greeted them, “long time, no see.
“Do you know Sam, Mack?” Cat asked.
“Hello, Sam. Good to see you in the place again.”
“Hi, Mack. Good to be back.”
“Who is this lovely creature with you?”
“Her name is Caitlin and she is a part of the family now,” explained Sam.
Mack looked puzzled as he wondered about the dynamics of their relationship. “What’ll you have from the bar?” he asked.
Sam, Cat, and Maddie ordered their usual. “And what can I get you young lady?” he asked Caitli
