19 WOOLLEN WEDDING ANNIVERSARYIn the period between Lek and Ayr’s business trip and Craig’s book launch, some people had noticed that Lek and Craig’s wedding anniversary was coming up. Lek was notoriously bad on dates, finding it fascinating that some people, like Craig and her mother, ‘had space in their heads’, as she put it, to remember dates.
Craig did indeed remember that they had gotten married seven years previously on the 20th November and so did Lek’s mother, although she couldn’t remember how long ago it was. Craig looked ‘seven years of marriage’ up on the Internet and besides reading about the ‘Seven Year Itch’, he learned that it was associated with wool.
