The Twitter Bully is dedicated to anyone who has been bullied, stalked, harassed or abused in any way on Twitter, or, indeed, on any social media platform.
Originally appearing in Awethology Dark, an anthology published by Plaisted Publishing House Ltd., New Zealand, this 7,300-word fantasy tale ruthlessly explores the devastating consequences that sustained harassment on Twitter have for a young girl, Annie Galway, and how karma exacts a terrifying and horrific revenge on the teenager responsible.
Inspiration came from personal experiences on Twitter. I became so outraged about the behaviour of stalkers and bullies who harassed other users, that I became an active anti-online bully campaigner.
