"It's the United States response,", the elder said. "Of course, I know. Are they indirectly showing me their strength? Telling me that they can destroy my power easily?" he said and snorted. 'They should better be ready and use those powers against Russia soon in their future war' he said inwardly. "We will observe three years of silence for our demised brothers and then one week of steady mourning for their souls", he said, looking sad.
