Madison Storm The void enveloped me as I moved, each step devoid of purpose or consciousness. It was like I was floating through a sea of emptiness, surrounded by the darkness that mirrored the void inside me. My body moved mechanically, a marionette dancing to a tune only it could hear. I couldn't feel the ground beneath my feet; it was as if I was treading on air. The air itself felt heavy, thick with an unsettling stillness. My senses were dulled, and the world around me existed in shades of gray. It was a disconcerting symphony of nothingness, and I was just a mere puppet, strings pulled by an invisible force. I was walking towards the faux ocean pool, yet I didn't comprehend why. The steps were automatic, each one following the other in a mindless procession. There was no awareness
