Disgust filtered through the air as they set eyes on my frail body once again. Once upon a time I was used to this. The excruciating stares of the beasts slicing through me, the cruel words that were spat at me. Or their brute force claiming my tiny frame. Apparently being in isolation for all these years, stirred up a painful anxiety. Every set of eyes on me made me feel like I was being repeatedly punched in the gut, my stomach trying hard not to wrench. My breath caught in my throat my lungs forgetting I needed to breathe. My legs shaky as I slowly trudged forward. Small beads of sweat forming against my pale skin. All I wanted to do was run, run far away from these creatures, yet my feet still followed the beta as he led me towards the pack house. I had almost forgotten the hostility
