Synthia’s POV “What is happening?” I asked with horror as I looked at Aiden’s hand, unable to look away. My heart was beating furiously as I stood watching helplessly. As if realising my panic, Aiden schooled his features to a blank expression even when I could feel him gritting his teeth in pain. And he was holding his hand at an awkward angle, not knowing what to do with it. “Damn! We should have realised that the dragon was made of dark magic and the injuries caused by it would be tainted by darkness too.
