Synthia’s POV I turned away from the grief-stricken face of Aiden and walked into the house. My mind was in a turmoil as I kept seeing the drop of tear that fell from his eye. Aiden, one of the toughest men I ever saw in my life, had succumbed to tears... I hated myself for being the reason for his pain, but I didn’t know what else I was supposed to do.
