I noticed that Marcie was already awake, so I expected her to come to the kitchen. The food was ready, so I just needed to dish it out so that we could eat.
As she came into the kitchen, I asked her to go to the dining room, as I would soon be bringing the food for her.
I was working on something important, so I decided to finish what I was doing on my system before eating any food.
I dished out hers and then took it to the dining room to serve her. As soon as I placed the food on the table, I went back to what I was doing.
I needed to focus, as it was something very important and also something external.
