Marcie's POV It was already getting late, and I was still outside waiting for the clothes vendor to arrive, even though he had told me he was on his way. I would not blame him for the delays; I would rather blame the person who sent me here to punish me for what he knows he is at fault for. I kept calling the vendor, and he gave me excuses and asked me to be patient. One thing I hated doing was going home late or being seen hanging around at night; besides, the country is not even too safe at night. After waiting for almost two hours, he finally arrived.
