New beginnings

Charles came home from work with the news that the coal mine is closing down, he will be retrenched. LeAnn immediately started thinking about where they will go and what they will do. Lory I want you and Sean to move with us. But mom where will Sean work? Lory we will figure something out, but I do think this is just the change you need to help you get over the loss of the babies. Mom what would have helped was if Sean's mother didn't take my babies stuff and stacked it in her cupboard before I could say goodbye.

Lory I am sorry my mother did that, but I think she just wanted to help. I know Sean. But I think we should move with your parents that might be a new beginning for us. Ok Sean, but you need to find work so that we can live on our own. I will Lory. Otherwise I will look for work. No way! I told you no wife of mine will work. The duties of a woman is to keep house, look after kids and cook. A woman does not go to the shops and she certainly don't work. Sean we don't live in the stone ages anymore. Woman today work, go to the shops and keep house. Over my dead body Lory! Ok Sean we will see.

Sean and Lory moved to Limpopo with Lories parents. They traveled thru the Kruger national park and camped out a few nights. During the day they went driving and looked at the animals. Njala was plenty they saw lions, girrafes, kudu, but the best was the pythons that was entwined about six of them in mating. The evenings was spend next to a camp fire where they barbeque meat. Lory and Sean finally relaxed a bit after everything that happened.

Sean do you blame me for losing the babies? Lory I never blamed you but I don't want to talk about it. But Sean we have to talk about it. I feel like losing the babies put a huge gap between us. No Lory it did not. And I really don't want to talk about it. Sean do you want to try for another baby? Not now Lory, I need to find work and we don't have our own place to live. Hell we don't even know where exactly we are going.

They got to a camp side in Limpopo and camped there for about a month. Then they moved to another park where they rented rooms to stay in. Sean started working as a security guard at a local grocery store. Lory spend her days cleaning and cooking but she was lonely. LeAnn suddenly had a man coming over two times a week as soon as Charles left for work. This man would leave just before Lorys siblings came from school.

Mom, this man is a old friend of you and dad why does he leave before dad comes home? That's none of your business Lory. Are you cheating on dad with this man? Lory I love him and he loves me, but as you know he is married. Yes mom and so are you! You can not do this to dad? Lory as I said it's none of your business! I can't believe what I am hearing mom, this is utterly disgusting! Lory watch your mouth! No, why? I'm not the one cheating for the upteenth time mom. This is the first time I cheat on your father.

So Lory you think you know everything so tell me with who did I cheat? Well there was Xavier's father or did you forget I caught you two in bed, my father's bed. Then there was dad's step brother do you think I didn't see you kiss goodbye that evening he came by when dad was working late? And what about Sean? Mom you really are a w****! Shut your f****** mouth you little b****.

Lory ran to her room and slammed the door. Dammit this was a mistake, I should have never agreed to move here with them. Sean came home late as usual and Lorys eyes was red from all the crying. What's wrong Lory? Oh Sean, I am so deeply tired of my mother and her cheating habits. What must I do? I think I should tell my father. But that will break his heart, he loves my mother to bits. She does not deserve him. Lory don't meddle in your parents business.

The next few weeks Lory ignored her mother completely. She felt like she betrayed her father by not telling him everything. How her mother forced her into marrying Sean so they can be closer and now she has an affair with his best friend.
