Sean I can't live here anymore. I cannot make peace with what I saw between you and my mother.

Lory what happened between us was a mistake, it meant nothing and will never happen again. Sean I am not so sure about that, and I won't be able to trust you two together for a second alone.

Ok Lory we can go and stay with my mother. It is closer to my work and we will have more privacy.

A week later Lory went to the clinic as she was feeling ill. Sean sat in the car waiting for her. Mrs Lory you are pregnant. Here is some prenatal vitamins and I want to see you next month for a check up. Lory got in the car and started crying. What's wrong Lory? I am pregnant Sean. Are you sure? Yes Sean here is my vitamins they want to see me next month. Sean just started driving home. He did not say a word all the way home.

Sean are you happy about becoming a dad? Yes I am happy. But Lory was not sure that Sean was happy at all. He looked stressed about it. Lory I think we should take you to a doctor. Ok Sean but let's wait a few weeks. Three weeks after Lory found out Sean took her for a sonar. The doctor looked puzzled. Dr what's wrong? No nothing look at this Mrs here is one heartbeat and just a little left is another heartbeat. Mrs Lory you are having twins.

Lory could not believe what she saw and Sean was standing beside the bed crying. Mr Sean are you ok? Yes doctor I just can't believe we are having twins.

Sean and Lory left the doctors rooms smiling. Lory let's go buy our babies first clothes or blankets. Hey Lory look at this soft blue dress, it would fit you perfectly and there would be extra room for the baby bump. "Wow" Sean that's beautiful! They bought a few things for the babies as well.

Guess we should go visit your parents and tell them our good news? Yes that's a great idea. They drove to LeAnn and Charles. Hi mom we want to tell you something. What is it Lory? Mom I am pregnant! Lory was excited and happy. What? Are you sure? Yes mom look at this sonar photos. LeAnn looked and looked. Mom can you see? Yes Lory there's your baby. Yes mom and look a little bit left there's another baby. What? Are you saying you having twins? Yes mom, yes! Congratulations Lory and Sean I really am happy for you.

LeAnn went all out buying baby stuff and the babies closet was fully stocked with diapers, medicines, clothes, blankets everything a baby needs times two.

Ten weeks into the pregnancy Sean lost his work. But Sean how are we going to take care of the babies if you don't have work? Don't worry Lory I will look for work. Sean left every morning to go search for work. One morning Lory and Sean mother was sitting outside, she had an album with her showing Lory some pictures. Look at this Lory this is my son and his ex girlfriend I so wish he married her. That's just to bad ain't it? cause now he is married to me. And we are having this babies together. Lory got up and went to her room. She sat there crying about the words spoken between her and Sean's mother.

At eleven weeks pregnant Lory started bleeding. Sean I need to go see a doctor, I'm bleeding. Ok Lory I'll take you. Mrs how long have you been bleeding? Started this morning Doctor. Is my babies ok? Yes everything seems good, but I need you to go home and take a bed rest. If the bleeding gets worse go to hospital. That night Lory started bleeding heavily. She lost both the babies the next morning and was pushed to theatre for a scrape.

Sean refused to talk about their loss. He just ignored Lory altogether. Lory was in a terable state she didn't want to see anyone. When she got home she wanted to dress in anything besides a maternity dress but nothing fitted. Lory was screaming and crying. "Oh God!" Why! She opened the cupboard the babies clothes was in she grabbed a baby grow and fell on the floor curling in a bundle crying. Lory please get up from the floor, everything will be ok. No Sean everything won't be ok! We lost our babies! I lost our babies! I killed them! No Lory your body killed them! How can you say that Sean? Sorry Lory, I didn't mean that. Sean left Lory there crying and hurting.

Lory fell asleep but she dreamed of two babies in the soft blue clouds smiling down on her.
