I knocked on Mr Parker's door and pushed the door open when I heard a come in.
"I'm heading out for lunch sir." I said to him.
"Okay." He monotonously said.
I was about to leave the room, but stopped when he asked, "When is my meeting with Knight Industries?"
This guy is very funny. That meeting happened like a week ago and he's asking when it is.
"That meeting took place like a week ago, when you were absent. I'd attended the meeting but.. never met up with Mr Knight about the meeting." I explained.
I'm not lying? Am I? I never told a lie because I never discussed the meeting with Ethan.
"Oh. It must've slipped my mind. I was really looking forward to doing business with Mr Knight." He said looking deep in thought.
