19 Mason clicked through to view all three places where his visions occurred, and nothing came to him. No repeats. No new information. Tired of sitting in one place for so long, he stood and paced the loft. On one of his passes by the kitchen, he grabbed another beer from the fridge. He popped the top, and as he drank from the bottle, his eyes fell on the small book Kai had taken from the bank box. It measured three inched wide, four inches long, and an inch thick. He knew, from previous events in which Kai had consulted the book, that he was the only one who could read it. If anyone else opened it, all they would see were blank pages.
