I returned back to base camp by midnight with my mind still baffled about Talen. He was like a brother to me and to think he had lost his desire to live was making me crazy. I was highly disturbed, but that didn’t mean I could get a pass from my duty. We were gathered in a hallway where the seniors were giving us some instructions for the morning.
