I was peaking outside the window and it was eerily silent. Our neighbor’s dead body was left after they have eaten most of it. It looked so weird to stare at him while not being able to help him. He was a nice man, always been very supportive of us. I remember when uncle Paul had started to visit us more often, this neighbor was the only one who noticed my discomfort and asked me if I was fine. Sadly, I had to lie in order to not upset my mom as she had always seen him as this savior. I wish he hadn't died! I wish somebody had saved him. Whatever happened that made them so angry at civilians that they started to bite them out of anger, I needed to see why such a thing happened.
