The fan bearers were doing their job with all seriousness. Suddenly, the golden double doors leading to the throne room opened and ten palace guards, accompanied by two pretty servants, entered. They were carrying a sedan on their shoulders.
They gently put the sedan down and then went on their knees, with their right hand on their left chest and their heads bowed.
"We greet your majesty," they chorused.
