The whole place had flying houses of different structures. Some were lower, some were higher.

A lot of them had their bat wings out in various colors and they wore beautiful clothes that were modest. But there were some who chose provocative outfits, especially the youths. So he guessed teens could do whatever they want with their dressing preferences but once they reached a certain age, provocative, baggy outfits were banned.
