I just managed to stay that trying to avoid answering that particular question, if I tell him yes, he will go super fast and tell him for sure.
“Oh, come on, tell me”
“I got to go, Mr. Olivas sent me to the principal’s office”
“Detention!!!???” he asked looking worried, so cute.
“No, gosh nooooooo, I will tell you all about it at the recess” I answered him and then I remembered and continue talking.
“Oh, by the way, I have the new gossip book”
“Oh great! Finally,” he said and an interesting spark shone in his eyes.
“Why so excited?”
“Oh, you know. To whom should I give the book after answering it?” he asked with a smirk on his mouth.
“Who do you think you should?”
He just laughed loudly “Ok I get it”
“Ok Larry, I see you later”
We both waved goodbye and we walked
