For a long moment, Kate glared at Ian from across the room. He stared her down, jaw clenched. So this was where she’d been when he visited Dean’s room. Bothering Corey. With a discontented sigh, she heaved herself off the mattress and flounced toward him, elbowing him out of the way as she exited the room.
