Oh, my face is throbbing.
I slowly open my eyes. Everything is initially fuzzy, but as the room slowly comes into view, I glance around the room at the white walls and the white sheets. I quickly realize that I’m in a hospital room but beside the disinfectant smell, there is also a terrible stench in the room.
Yuck. What is that smell?
I try to say something, but pain instantly shuts up my jaw. What the heck has happened to me?
I try to remember last night. As I run through the events for the evening in my mind, I suddenly remember the powerful punches that that nasty woman gave me and then I remember the last blow that I got before everything goes dark. Wyatt actually stands up and punches me. How can Wyatt be that strong? Does it have something to do with the spell?
