Epilogue The sun sat low in the sky, already on its afternoon descent. The cemetery is quiet, peaceful. The city would be alive with parties and fireworks in just a few short hours as a new year rolled in. The ground was firm and hard, but clearly disturbed in a small plot located on the back row.
