CHAPTER 11: Maggie –––––––– Maggie watched her children play on the beach. They were happy and laughing, working together to build a sandcastle. It was misshapen and not much more than piles of bucket-shaped sand, but they were having fun. Her eyes drifted to the ocean where the man responsible for all this happiness was coming back to shore. She’d been on the edge of such a different life before she’d met him. He’d literally saved her and her kids from poverty and her from loneliness. Her heart sped up as Terry walked toward her.
